Karen is a wellness practitioner of more than 15 years, and the creator of the Bio Awakening Method (B.A.M): a transformative approach that blends multiple healing modalities -- myofascial release, quantum healing, inner child meditation and intuitive coaching. Jeroen de Wit, a Los Angeles–based Level 3 QHHT® Facilitator, was personally trained by Dolores Cannon herself in 2006 and is now her longest-practicing student to date. With nearly two decades of experience and thousands of transformative sessions, Jeroen helps clients connect with their Higher Self for deep healing, guidance, and soul-level insight.

In addition to his mastery of QHHT, he is certified in Reiki, EFT, EMF Balancing Technique, and Quantum Touch, and holds degrees in Art Therapy and Spiritual Psychology. Drawing from a wide range of studies—including Kriya Yoga, Sat Nam Rasayan, shamanism, and Bioenergetics—Jeroen integrates diverse modalities into his work, always in service of love and authentic living. He also mentors other QHHT practitioners, leads group regressions and meditations, and continues to explore the magic of consciousness and healing.

Amy Argyle is a Los Angeles-based Intuitive TherapeuticBreathwork Guide and Sound Alchemist with a profound dedication to facilitating healing through these practices. Since late 2023, she has been a practitioner at several studios including Casa Kallpa Wellness, Evoken Pilates Studio and Liberate. In addition to her studio work, Amy offers private and group sessions both in person and virtually and has led sessions at retreats in Joshua Tree and Bali, Indonesia.
 

With a personal journey in conscious breathwork and sound healing that began in 2017, Amy brings a deep understanding of these therapeutic practices, further enriched by her completion of the three-month Breathwork Facilitators Course with Parama Collective, under the guidance of Siedeh Foxie. This extensive training has provided Amy with insights into the profound effects of breathwork on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, as well as a nuanced understanding of how trauma and stress impact the body and the power of breathwork to facilitate release and healing. Adding sound healing to her practice has been even more transformative for her client sessions. 
 

Amy's breathwork sessions blend gentle guidance, a thoughtfully curated playlist with added live instruments, and intuitive touch (with permission). Her soundbathsfeature quartz crystal bowls, chimes, Tibetan bowls, tongue drum, rattles, ocean drum, freetones A minor wing, and light language vocals. Participants often report feeling relaxed, clear, and grounded, with a refreshed sense of well-being. 

Violet East(she/her) practices Craniosacral and Structural Integration (in the lineage of Ida Rolf) and often draws on techniques from manual osteopathy.

Violet’s work is led by the heartfelt knowledge that the blueprint of health is different for everyone; that healing is spiralic, and that we learn and heal together. Violet cherishes that her practice offers her clients the possibility to integrate soul and body.
