This work takes place on a Vibroacoustic Table. Combining the powerful frequency and vibrations of the table itself, and an intuitively curated combination of Reiki, guided meditation, sound healing, breath work, gentle touch and somatic techniques, this session facilitates profound energetic and emotional release and activates the body's own healing intelligence. Working in harmony with your body and soul, space is created for a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, clear stored traumas, quiet the mind, and awaken your heart.
