Service Description

This is pure energy work. We will begin with a specifically intentioned guided meditation and breath to support your healing. Then, working with Reiki and intuition, stagnant energy will be released and fresh energies welcomed in to restore balance and alignment; helping to regulate and gently sooth pain, dis-ease and emotional disharmony. Whether you're wanting support in physical healing, looking to relax, seek clarity around something in your life, have a specific block you are working through, or are curious about connecting with your body and your inner world in a new way, this session is for you. Reiki will always meet you where you are, working in whatever manner best serves you at the time of our meeting. The benefits of this work include (but are not limited to), relief of physical symptoms, reduction of stress, depression & anxiety, improved sleep, heightened clarity and a deepened connection to your intuition. This session includes an intuitive energy reading, with your consent, any information/messages received will be shared at the end of session.  **45 minute session goes straight into the energy work, no guided meditation** **Sessions take place fully clothed on a massage table
