Spinal Energetics invites you out of the mind and back into the intelligence of your body. Spinal Energetics is a gentle somatic and energetic practice that works with the energetic spine, nervous system, fascia, and energetic body to support greater connection, movement, expression, and release within the body. Your body holds a story. Give it space to move, release, and expand. Through this gentle practice, we create space for what you’ve been holding mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually to move, express, and release. Sometimes your next level doesn’t require more thinking, pushing, or doing it requires creating space within your body to receive it. The spine, nervous system, fascia, and energetic body can hold patterns of tension, stress, emotion, protection, and past experiences. These patterns may leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or resistant to the expansion you consciously desire. CLEAR THE RESISTANCE. CREATE SPACE FOR YOUR NEXT LEVEL.
