Spa + Sound Bath with Tiffany & Wendy

Join Tiffany for a healing and restorative soundbath, an experience in which you are guided into a meditative state with the use of gongs, singing bowls, and accessory instruments to bathe you in healing vibrational sounds. As you rest, Wendy will move through the space with sage, chimes, and (optional) intuitive massage—clearing stagnant energy and inviting softness back into the body.
