This restorative experience gently supports you in releasing the stress, overwhelm, and energetic buildup that can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. Through crystal singing bowls, meditation, quantum healing, and energetic restoration, you’ll be guided back into harmony balancing your chakras, calming your nervous system, and grounding deeply into the Earth.
