Embodied Flow: Vinyasa with Bree

Embodied Flow: A vinyasa flow-based class. This practice is designed to empower the practitioner to move conscious awareness through their body and simultaneously learn how to train their mind. Using physical asana linked to breath this dynamic flow becomes an active meditation with tools and resources the practitioner can apply to their life outside of the room.
