About the event
Drop into your body and set it free. This is a movement journey beyond choreography, beyond judgment—where your body leads and your mind follows. With a curated arc of sound and intention, Cassandra will guide you into deeper presence through breath, rhythm, and somatic awareness. Come as you are, move as you must. No experience necessary—only a willingness to listen to the wisdom of your own pulse.
