Breathwork & Sound Bath with Amy Argyle

The session starts with a little movement or stretching to get you tapped into how your physical body is feeling before lying down to ground into the space, feel into your inner world, and set an intention for the practice. As you are gently guided through the cycles of 3 different breath patterns, Amy is providing hands on massage, tapping, and energy clearing. The session ends with a mini sound bath to further drop you into the space of inner calm—thus bringing you back home to yourself✨
