Breath Work & Sound Bath with Amy

Amy's breathwork sessions start with movement to open up the body before moving into a grounding meditation and then the active breath. She uses gentle verbal guidance, a thoughtfully curated playlist with added live instrumental sounds, and intuitive massage & tapping (with permission) throughout the session and ends with a mini soundbath. Participants often describe feeling deeply relaxed, clear, calm, and grounded after their time with Amy, experiencing a renewed sense of well-being and connection!
